- Inspections received Monday through Friday after 3:30 p.m. will be scheduled for the second business workday.
- Request for After Hours, Weekend and Holiday inspections needs to be noted under “Areas to Inspect.”
- To cancel an inspection, you need to text Nate Mateo at (305) 767-9562 on the same day as the inspection was originally requested.
